What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the original order date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full product refund.
Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition. It can be opened and repackaged, but it must be well-packed and show no signs of wear and tear so it can be resold as new. Please note that we do not cover any shipping costs, including the original delivery or the return shipping to our Beaverton, Oregon location.
What should I do if there is a quality defect?
If you discover a quality defect, please notify us immediately upon receiving the item. After contacting us, as long as we receive the return tracking information within 30 days of the order date, once we receive the product without signs of wear and tear, we will replace it at no additional cost or give you a store credit (your choice). Your cost of the return shipping will also be refunded. For returns, please use USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class.
How are your prints packaged for shipping?
Our fine art paper prints are protected with an acid-free backing and enclosed in an acid-free clear plastic sleeve. Prints are shipped in a flat, protective envelope using USPS Priority Mail to destinations within the US. Mounted, matted and framed prints are shipped carefully in a box and will arrive ready for wall display.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship to international destinations.
